With close to 15 years of experience and passion towards equity markets and alternate investments, he started investing at the age of 14. Prior to founding HBJ Capital, Kumar was a Manager at Infosys Technologies Ltd. Kumar has secured his Bachelors degree in Computer Science from BMS College of Engineering - Bangalore University.

Kumar's relentless focus is on organization building and human capital development. He is a strong believer of wealth creation through entrepreneurship and is committed to sharing the wealth with his associates. Sandeep has been associated with us since 2006 and he is the prime contact at HBJ Capital. Sandeep has been very instrumental in the growth of HBJ Capital during its early phase and has been credited for coming out with new business opportunities for the company and for mentoring the Leadership team in the company.

He currently heads the retail services arm and the Strategy division of HBJ Capital.

Sandeep has 6+ years of experience in Investment Banking and Business Consulting. Prior to joining HBJ Capital, Sandeep had a brief stint at Morgan Stanley & Goldman Sachs. Sandeep secured his Management degree from Institute of Management, Ahmedabad.

Jitendra Kumar or JK, as he is fondly called is one of the top technical analysts in India. JK heads the derivatives division at HBJ Capital which provides services to clients ranging from retail investors to FII s.

JK is widely regarded for coming out with an exit call to all our clients, barely 2 months before the Jan 2008 crash. JK brings with him more than a decade of experience in derivative trading to HBJ Capital and is one of our key assets.

Arun Gopalan is the driving force behind the Institutional services arm of HBJ Capital. Arun is widely regarded for spotting many investment opportunities (Public and Private) at a very early stage. Arun's forte include Public Equity research, Investment banking and Private Equity.

Prior to joining HBJ Capital, Arun worked as a Business consultant with a leading US retailer at New Jersey. Arun has Bachelors degree in Technology from Anna University - Chennai.

Arun enjoys the privilege of having a strong and time tested relationships with several leading private equity funds, foreign and domestic institutions and their managers.

Ekansh is one of the youngest talents with immense energy at HBJ Capital. He heads the Corporate Services arm and has worked with numerous small and medium enterprises - both listed and unlisted.

He brings significant experience and expertise on client relationships to HBJ Capital. He is well connected with many corporate leads and advises these companies on improving their internal efficiency & tap the opportunities available to enhance their valuation & corporate image.

Payal has a deep understanding of quantitative finance and Capital markets. She has a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from IT BHU and CFA with 4+ year of experience in Capital Market.
